Residence Hall Rates and Fees
The following housing fees apply to the 2025-2026 academic year. Please check back for updates for the upcoming year.
Breakdown of the Residence Hall Fees
Application Fee & Deposit: $650
$50 - application fee (non-refundable)
$300 - non- refundable administrative fee
$300 - refundable damage deposit
The application fee and deposit are due at the time of application submission.
Applicants that cancel their housing application and contract in writing no less than 15 days prior to moving in will be refunded the full admin fee and deposit, however the $50 application fee will be retained.
Return of the damage deposit is dependent on any repair of damages and/or extensive cleaning required after a resident has moved out.
Quarterly Housing Fees: $1,950
(plus a $60 technology fee per quarter)
Early Termination:
Unless otherwise indicated on the Housing Application and approved, the Housing Contract is for the entire academic year (fall, winter, and spring quarters).
Residents that leave mid-year lose the $300 damage deposit, forfeit all quarterly fees that have been paid, and are charged the $975 Early Termination Fee.
For extenuating circumstances residents may inquire about the Early Termination Fee Appeal.

Guest Rates
During the summer quarter only the WVC Residence Hall may offer limited housing availability for non-WVC students and/or groups.
