Campus Life is designed to meet interests beyond the classroom through co-curricular activities. These activities and services enhance the learning that occurs inside the classroom, as well as play an important role in student retention, academic success and cognitive development.

New Student Orientation

Start off the school year by attending the virtual and in person New Student Orientation!

Hispanic

Latinx Heritage Month

All WVC students are welcome to attend these upcoming events on campus or virtual:

  • September 28: Ritmo Y Sabor! Come and enjoy famous Hispanic/Latinx music with some sweet and savory refreshments!
  • October 5: Lotería! Come learn how to play one of the most popular cultural games!
  • October 14: Movie Night - Stolen Education. An untold story of Mexican-American school children who challenged discrimination in Texas schools in the 1950's and changed the face of education in the Southwest.

Assistance will be available for students filling out FASFA/WASFA (in Spanish or English) from 5-8 p.m. October 19.
