Virtual Assistance
Some* student services are currently being offered through Zoom virtual lobbies. Zoom can be used on a computer, tablet, or smartphone or you can call in. Visit Zoom.us/Resources for more information and help videos.
*Many Zoom rooms are closed until further notice due to ctcLink launch. We are replacing a 40-year-old data system with MyWVC 2.0 and ctcLink (a new student and employee portal). Zoom rooms are expected to reopen throughout March 2021. If you have questions about ctcLink, MyWVC 2.0 or other troubleshooting until then, the IT department will have a ctcLink Virtual Assistance room available.
